# The Italian "Trattoria" homecity card cannot be sent

- **GAME PLATFORM:** Steam
- **OPERATING SYSTEM:** Windows 11

### ▶ ISSUE EXPERIENCED

The **Italian “Trattoria”** homecity card, which provides 3 taverns, cannot be sent because the build limit has been reached. However, this is impossible, as this card is the only way to obtain taverns. This error was not present before the Baltic Powers update. I experienced this on any map i tested and in supremacy as well as in treaty.

### ▶ FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

- **100%** of the time

### ▶ REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start a new match with Italy

2. Try to send the card

The bug also applies to Argentina, even if you revolt from spain.
