I was just wondering why sometimes, i would say one every 50 games, the image of the knight before the game actually changes for one with blue eyes.

It is an Easter egg introduced during the event celebrating the quirks of the game. It is the face of the king from the original game, that’s why he looks so creepy 
Well at first I wondered if it could be this but I do have an AoK disk and on it his eyes are brown, so I’m not sure it’s this.
