WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO HIGH!? It’s too intimidating! I literally kill a couple of villagers and military units in my opponents base, and what happens to his score? It JUST. GETS. HIGHER.

Given how the score is calculated, of course booming will make it go high, it’s focusing on gathering resources then reinvesting it all to get even more.
