The so-called five new civs may only be three new civis plus two be remake, this is a reasonable situation, so please don’t get too excited for now.

I think it’s the three new civs of Tangut, Khitan, and Jurchen, plus the two remake civs of Chinese and Koreans.

Maybe China, but I doubt that the rework of Korea would be called a new civ

They said Brand New, so seems unlikely tgat there are only three (also, from the stuff revealed we have four confirmed ones)
