ISSUE EXPERIENCED
The tech of the Cheyenne tribes “Cheyenne horse trading” works improperly when it comes to Chinese banner army “Mongolian army” and “black flag army”. The current effect of the tech (-20% training time for Mongolian army and 0 for black flag army) was proper for RE version but not any more in DE since the compositions of these banner armies have been changed. It should be -40% for Mongolian army and -20% for black flag army in accordance with that change.
