While all other units from docks are affected by pestilence, only transport ships are not affected.

Trigger Event:

The transport ship training rate doesn’t get slowed by pestilence.

Repro Steps:

  1. Build a dock
  2. Let an opponent cast pestilence on the dock.
  3. You can check the transport ship training rate doesn’t get slowed.
