This game need ranged units nerf so bad

In most cases, You use cavalry and missile units, and no infantry

That is logically correct. Speed beats stats. Even in modern warfare, faster missiles, bullets etc decide the outcome. So cavalry is reasonable to go with. And that is what the most powerful civilizations were created using its given advantageous terrain or bringing enemy army to its advantageous terrain and beating it with cavalry army. That is how the Mongols created the largest empire during medieval era.

But… Age of Empires 2&4 is set in medieval era, not in modern warfare.

Archers are a little out meta know. Cav is strong right now and they demolish archers.
