The thing is, He is actually doing the right thing. This match is a loss and he is just saving time. Also if you for whatever reason happen to win, He will also get the elo.So there is nothing stopping him.
Hell even games who have severe punishments for leaving always afkers/griefters.
It would be fun if in a football game an underdog team would just say- naa we quit, to “save time”. God forbids anyone actually enjoy playing even when they are going to lose for sure…
