your father 2 is the persons name, pretty new account every game they have played is either a win or a no result except for one.
I’ve seen a lot of people posting on other forums to report cheating players. But without exception, no one was banned.

It’s time to accept that no one will be banned and the dev’s are not able to fix this issue. Sorry.
