After sending the Tlaxcala card as Mexico and building the native embassy, the Tlaxcala/Aztec techs are not available for research.

  • 50% of the time / matches I play (Frequently)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play as Mexico
  2. Go to Age 2 with Tlaxcala
  3. Send the Tlaxcala Alliance card
  4. Build the native embassy with the wagon.
  5. Observe no Tlaxcala/Aztec techs

All four native techs promised by the card should be available in the native embassy.
