If you use the cheat “noui”, your Tooltip position will be “Off” in the Settings.
Ohhhh, so the issue is with the NOUI command not giving back the tooltip setting its former value! I did use such code recently, to take screenshots, so it’s good to know what. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
What is NOUI cheat? I don’t see it listed:
Would it turn off Extended Tooltips randomly, too? Or is there a cheat code I may have done at some point to make it unreliable?
EDIT: Oh, is it a “No User Interface” type of cheat? Never heard of that, if so. Pretty sure I would have never used it, so would be unrelated
