微软商店买的游戏，进行到中途，突然卡住然后掉线，今天已经好几次了 ，我无法进行正常游戏。检查网络是正常的。

Could you provide to us more information please? Does it happen in Ranked games? Hosted games?

Also, the game crashes or the connection is lost?
