Tower War elephats aren’t gaining any damage from the blacksmith and incendiary arrow is not working on them

not anymore apparently.
As you can see my melee armor and melle attack are up and taken into account for my Tower WAR dumboss.
(still got killed in a poof by 10 angry spearmen).
Now the question is when did it get fixed ? i thought it was still up and saw nothing about it being fixed around winter-patch =0
