ISSUE EXPERIENCED
When shipping a Tambo or PC travois, there is a possibility that it will lock up and construction will not begin.

- 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Advance to the Commercial Age
- Order the shipment of 3 travois of PC
3.Send the travois to be built on a free trade route.
EXPECTED RESULT
It is a very common error, it makes several updates that it has been happening to me, I testified it in the public test version, and I found that the error still exists, I do not know why it will happen.
