Trigger Protounit Assign Action bug, only works on already placed units not with futurely created (protounit) or spawned units

Issue:

In the editor there is the trigger “protounit: assign action”. This only seems to work on units already placed in the editor. And not on new units that are trained or spawned.

For example i trigger my prisoners to be AutoConvert(ed) from the Plenty. So i can ‘capture’ them.
I place a prisoner in the editor with a unit of my own next to it. Then it works:

But if i change a unit type, or let my lampades change a unit into a different type, in this case also a prisoner (done by triggers) then it doesn’t work:


These large prisoners were hoplites that were already placed in the editor.
I triggered the lampades transfigurationattack to change them into prisoners.
Now i want these prisoners to autoconvert to the player.
But ‘protounit: assign action’ doesn’t work for units that are changed or spawned or trained in the active/playing game.

Thus ‘protounit: assign action’ should be changed to ‘unit: assign action’.

Could you add a new trigger ‘protounit: assign action’ for actual “protounit” that would be amazing! thank you in advance.
