  1. Send tse-tse sabotage
  2. Use it
  3. Send new Emir
  4. Use it again without waiting 160s

It is ok that the new emirs have its own cooldown. Anyway, thank you for reporting it :hugs:

Hi, I’m trying to better understand the wording, what does " * Cooldown: 160 seconds (Global)" mean in the recent patchnotes? I understand that as “every Emir has the same cooldown”.
