Whenever tuning pack is cloning attributes by using “Clone specific extension” likelihood of desyncs happening during the game is much higher and in certain cases almost guaranteed.
When attributes are cloned completely issue does not exists.
Might be related to some internal fetch functions that are incorrectly resolving the path between modded and original parts of attribute. Or might be related to cloning specific extension of attribute X and then also attribute Y that is closely related/using attribute X
