Turma unable to garrison inside buildings

Currently, turma aren’t able to garrison inside of buildings. At first I assumed this was because they’re labeled as cavalry, but it seems nearly any unit is able to garrison inside of buildings.
Most notably, Chariot Archers. They have the same unit types as Turma, but they can garrison inside of buildings just fine.

This is a big hit to the usability of Turma, especially in defensive scenarios, and also applies to Hero Turma which are extra important to micro effectively. As it stands right now, I need to make them circle around buildings to keep them out of reach of infantry and cavalry during an attack on my base. This also means there’s almost no chance for them to reach their intended counter-unit, since the only way to get to opposing ranged units in defensive scenarios is to go right through the opponent’s melee units - buildings get in the way of Turma’s intended gameplay pattern of utilizing their speed to circle around melee units during battle.

It feels counter-intuitive to allow nearly any human unit to garrison inside of buildings, except for turma. Is this an intended feature?

Correction: I just tested this in Scenario Editor and it turns out it’s actually consistent with other cavalry units including Chariot Archers. I was unaware that Fortress-type buildings apparently have more lenient garrison rules than Economy-type buildings such as Town centers or Manors

Either way, given the current state of the game where I feel like defending strong pushes into the home base is quite difficult, I’d say it’s worthwhile to review this and potentially allow cavalry units to garrison inside economy-type buildings as well.
