Two bugs in Goths campaigns

In the Alaric campaign Act 2 ,I can’t train huskarl in the barrack even I captured the first town,Sparta. Anarchy dosen’t work!

In the Gaiseric campaign,I can’t either train huskarl in the barrack until ressearching Anarchy in a new built castle.I recall that in the early stages of the campaign, you could train huskarl in the barrack.

I confirm, the Anarchy bug is present for me as well. Running on the latest update.
