I have the same issue, but I do not mind. Everything can be used, just looks like crap, but there are way more important bugs

Most of these things are solved by disabling all mods and restarting the game. Did you give that a try as well?

i also changed language to english. still the same. i also reinstalled game. and still the same

its not that big problem. but for a prestige game like aoe2:de from microsoft. it doesent look too good.
