Unable to CTRL-Deselect Units at Larger HUD Sizes

Issue:

Unable to Deselect Units at Larger HUD Sizes.
I believe this is part of a set of bugs that affect larger HUD sizes which interferes with clicking any icons.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Set HUD size to 123% (or anything close)
  2. Start Game
  3. Select Villagers
  4. Deselect Villagers using the unit selection list in the bottom HUD by holding right-ctrl and left clicking a unit.

Expected Behaviour: When a unit in the bottom HUD is left clicked while right-ctrl is held down, that unit is removed from selection.
Current Behaviour: Unit is not removed from selection.

Correction to Reproduction steps
