After the update, the recording cannot be obtained from any source.
Including official websites, aoe2.net, aoe2insights, and more.

These are not official sites.
Devs are aware of this issue. The current PUP build includes a fix for this, so I guess we’ll get a hotfix very soon.

How long will it take to solve this problem
I just tested downloading a replay on AoE2Insights. It works for me.
