I reinstalled the game, but I’m still unable to observe multiplayer matches. I can’t even see the players’ names. I tried downloading and reinstalling Age of Empires IV again, but the issue still isn’t resolved. While I can spectate my friends’ games, I can’t spectate other multiplayer matches
