When in the Windows Store the Pre-order button is grayed out with a message “Powered by great new features in the latest Windows update. Get yours today.” I have Windows 10 and it’s been updated today. What can I do to get this pre-order going?

What version of Windows 10 are you currently running?
Try again? The store needed an hour or so after the trailer to update, I think.
you need update your windows 10 to version 1703.
Pre order worked great (Windows 10 1703)
I had the problem of the pre-order being unavailable to click. I had to manually update (and this took considerable time) because it was not available on the typical ‘Check for Updates’. There was a link within the store on the Age of Empires purchase page where you could click to download the installer, run the installer, install the update, reboot and then I could pre-order.

I found I had to get the Creators Update, which I had to force. All good.
