Unable to report a player

Issue:

I was unable to report a player after a game.
Even after a restart of the game / PC / …, I was unable to report.
Error: “Report error - An error occurred when trying to report. Please try again later”

Trigger Event:

No previous trigger

Repro Steps:

1. Go to Social
2. Last played
3. Click on player and click Report
4. Fill in the requirements
5. Click “Send report”
