Unit/Building response sounds don't get lowered in volume while dialogues are taking place

When selecting objects on the map, they play sounds that interfere with scripted sounds/dialogues/hints/commentary, since they never get lowered in volume.

That when selecting buildings, units, ships, etc., the sounds that play because of that, get lowered in volume level, so all dialogue/scripted sounds can play and be heard without intromisions. This was done in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, so I hope the same is made for this game, as it is very annoying to have unimportant sounds get in the way of particularly relevant ones.
