The other Imperial Age Food and Coin gathering techs also boost rates for the Field, but the United States’ versions - Iowa Farmlands (ImpLargeScaleAgricultureAmericans) and Mountain State Gold Rush (DECapitolGoldRush) - are missing the effect for Fields. Probably an extremely niche case where you would even be using an ally’s Fields, but still.
