I could not obtain certain age 3 unit upgrade techs from Indian Friendship.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Ally with one of Shaolin, Zen, Jesuit, Sufi, Bhakti, or Udasi
  2. Send Indian Friendship
  3. units obtained by the shipment have only industrial level unit upgrades. Fortress-level techs are not given and are still researchable at native TPs.
    The list of natives given above may be incomplete.

You get both fortress and industrial unit upgrades from the shipment.
