When commanding the dock rickshaw that spawns on Honshu when playing as the USA, there are no voice lines

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play as the USA on Honshu
  2. Command the dock rickshaw

The rickshaw should have voice lines like any other civ
