# USA Meeting House Cannot Be Built in Independence Mode

- **OPERATING SYSTEM:** Windows 11

### ▶ ISSUE EXPERIENCED

The Meeting House cannot be built by USA unlike all other churches

### ▶ FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

- **100%** of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

### ▶ REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play in Independence Mode
2. Play as USA
3. Try to build a meeting house

### ▶ EXPECTED RESULT

You should be able to build meeting houses
