User cannot sell his torps. Pressing the button doesn't do anything

The newest feature for the Swedish torps doesn’t work properly. Pressing the button that makes you able to sell the selected torp doesn’t do anything.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

Open the game
Go in any game mode on any map as Sweden
Build a torp
Try to sell a torp
Observe

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

The torp should be sold and the user should receive some resources back (if not all). Also the UI should inform the user how much wood he gets for selling the torp (might be 135w or less).
