Villagers can’t cross the town center when edges are blocked by resources
This bug is experienced more in nomad type maps. You place your town center fitting it in the middle of 2 fixed resources blocks (wood, gold or stone). When you try to cross your town center, for example to lure a boar, the villager paths walking arround the block, instead of crossing under the town center.

  • Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Place your town center in the middle of 2 resources blocks (wood, stone or gold), fitting it with no space left from 2 directions
  2. Try to cross under the town center with a villager
  3. The villager will walk arround the town center and resources block instead

:play_button: EXPECTED RESULT

The villagers should be able to cross under the town center even if the edges are blocked.

Hey, thx for the report, but im not sure this is a bug, the TC in the screenshot looks like villager should be blocked, as there are villagers under the TC gathering. Do you have a video of this happening in some other game?

Oh, i didnt notice i was making a villager wall there, good point. It happens to me once in a while, and I try to always avoid making this type of blocked tcs, so i don’t have more images or videos. But if it happens again i will add more data here, thank you.
