Issue:

(Destroyed buildings appear fully built on fog of war)

Reproduction Steps:

  1. (Destroy building)
  2. (Move all units outside view range, make sure not to be able to view the area live but rather with
    unknown-1
    unknown-11920×1080 1.28 MB
    fog of war)

I have the same problem… I think the bug is on the spy tech
