Issue: I keep seeing these all over my screen, they often make it impossible to know what the ui icons are. Sometimes they appear on the portraits during the cutscenes. Is it a bug or another issue? I’ve tried using CMD, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting mods, fixing the files for the games and nothing. These keep appearing and they are really annoying
