Voice not working but sound is OK

Hello,
I have the game via the game pass for PC.

My problem is for the campaign (haven’t checked elsewhere yet). I have sound (music, combat, etc…) but no voice. For example, I know that during the campaign presentation, there’s supposed to be some kind of backstory. Nothing for me, juste the music. :frowning:
Same problem as well for the videos unlocked after winning. The “building a castle” video only has music. Still no voice over. :frowning:

PS : I should have the English voice. But when I downloaded the game, my “App language” setting in Windows was set to French.

PS2 : This doesn’t prevent me from playing, but it’s really not the same experience. Also, I have checked, Voice is at 100% in the game settings.

Hey @floflo67! Are you still experiencing this issue?

In Age IV > Settings > Graphics, what are your Display settings for Game Window, Resolution, and Movie Quality settings? You might try changing Movie Quality to 1080p (if it isn’t) to see if that will fix it for you.

Indeed, I had 2560 x 1440 as my resolution. Once I set it to 1920 x 1080, I can hear the voices.

Such a weird bug…
