It’s impossible, no children exist in this game. But the real problem is: if killing Gbetos is fine, if killing female villagers is fine, why killing Amazons is racist?

Killing a black dude “because he’s black” is absolutely racist, by definition. But, if “racist” quests are removed from El Dorado campaign, the problem should disappear.
Also, the “RPG-like” problem does not exist: not all scenarios are of the kind “build a base and annihilate the enemy”. " An Unlikely Messiah" Joan of Arc scenario, for example, of “A Dangerous Mission” Suryavarman, for example, are RPG-like scenarios.

Actually, having “racism” in the campaign isn’t totally bad. I mean, you can raise awareness while also keeping the autencity of the interactions between the people of the time.

I agree with the thought that it was just another full spanish campaign. Before I get my chinese campaign, ain’t no other civ getting their seconds. The new inca campaign was pretty good too.
Also we don’t need more mesoamerican civs, mostly meaningless and insignificant on the world stage. Already killing my immersion when I see eagle boys supposedly acting like they could go toe-to-toe with any real army.
The native american did put up quite a fight, and killed many Spanish. Sure they had worse weapons and protection, but Spanish didn’t have full armor like a medieval knight and their firearms were still primitive and had many drawbacks. They eventually came on top thx to dissension among the natives and the spread of European diseases. However, “eagle boys” on anything else than Aztecs is a good immersion killer (just like all their other units besides UU tho)
Yes sure they killed alot spaniards, but the natives lost many many times more men themselves. Cortes’ force wasn’t exactly large to begin with. That’s what I meant with the toe-to-toe.
