We Have Identified the Cheater on the Ranked Ladder

Hello everyone,

I am Tata (塔防), captain of AOTDE, the largest Age of Empires III clan in the Chinese community. I am also the leader of the recent joint anti-cheat investigation group formed within the Chinese community.

This investigation group includes experienced veteran players from multiple clans. After nearly a month of continuous effort and investigation, we have finally identified the player behind the most blatant cheating incidents on the ranked ladder recently. Unfortunately, that player is FlyingBocorsair (渡鸦), a former member of our own AOTDE clan.

We have already removed him from AOTDE and expelled him from the mainstream Chinese Age of Empires III community. However, he has shown no remorse. Instead, he has stated that he will continue cheating and continue damaging both the ranked ladder and the wider Age of Empires III community.

As the captain of AOTDE, I would like to formally apologize to Age of Empires III players around the world. I failed to properly manage a member of my clan, and for that, I am truly sorry.

Players in the Chinese community sincerely hope that the developers will take strict action against cheaters and ban their accounts. Please do not allow these cheaters to continue ruining the game environment. Please do not allow them to damage the reputation of honest Chinese players.

He owns at least a dozen Age of Empires III accounts, with both Chinese and English IDs, and he frequently changes his names. Therefore, please understand that we are unable to provide a complete and fully accurate list of all his accounts. We can only list some of the accounts that we currently know or strongly suspect belong to him.

P.S. The term “塔÷” in his ID is an insulting abbreviation. It is meant to mean “Tata/塔防, you are an animal”
