We should choose civ after the map is decided

One thing i like about DE is the diversity of map pool. I think its good to make the amount of food, TP and sea area varies widely. (the esoc maps are a liitle TOO fair) But the current map pool is exactly destroying the balance. Some civs are too OP on some maps but weak on other maps. The only civ who not rely too much on map resource is greatly detested. I believe the only solution is to change the QS mechaincs. Choosing civ after the map is known, then we won’t face too many terrible MU.


Not sure what you meant by too fair but 100% agree with your title. I wish the matchmaking was just like aoe2 has.
