As in a building? There is a bastion upgrade for walls, or are you talking about the basilica
Hes talking about the upgrade for one of the challenges. Euro civs should all have it, I forget if any non-euro ones have it (although everyone except lakota have some similar version). Its found either in the church or on the walls themselves.
That’s what I thought. The only bastion I know of is the upgrade for walls
All civs have it when you select a wall segment.
Euro civs have it in the church type building.
