Teutonic knights versus archers feels ok, not too unfair. Teuntonic knights already have 2 pierce armor. But hand cannoneers are maybe too effective against Teutonic knights, 2 or 3 pierece arnor does not help against that, because Teutonic knights are too slow. Matchups probably depend too much on whether the opponent gets hand cannoneers. Instead of more pierece armor, some infantry armore would maybe be a solution.
