Doesnt matter, they just mean win10 for dx12 purposes 
So you should be fine with 8GB RAM and 2GB GPU Ram

Check this Link, yo ucan see you will need Windows 10 version 14393.0 or higher, which is pretty easy to get since current versión keeps updating a lot.
