The hotkey for researching “Wheelbarrow” at the Mill won’t change, regardless of what hotkey you assign in the menu. It will always remain on “W”.

I have spent hours trying to get this to work and finally got it working. Here is the workaround solution:
The Mill wheelbarrow hotkey upgrade got mapped to the Kura Storehouse wheelbarrow upgrade. You can remap it at the Kura Storehouse and it will work for the normal Mill wheelbarrow upgrade.
