No. I certainly have not. Turn down the hyperbole; you do not speak for the community. The patch will come when it comes. We don’t want another incident like the Mutually Assured Destruction explorer ransoming from last year.

The sooner the update comes out, better for me. But it’s called the July update and there are still 20 days left before July ends. Even if July ends and the update doesn’t come out I would still have patience. Although I would ask for a new date in that case.
