Have you ever played a 4v4 game and one of the players started to pay tributes on everyone, especially the most aggressive ones? And it is very common for this player to be with the Mali civilization, possibly the best economy in the game.
Some players use villagers as soldiers.They might like to play with Chinese, of course! And do the BARBACAN rush or wall the enemy, surround with towers and literally fight with the villagers and sometimes some troops.
And some players tend to accumulate resources and quickly do a wonder, making the team play defensively. This type tends to play with several types of civilization.
And sometimes I see some players who don’t know exactly what strategy to take and they play perfectly in the economy, accumulating a lot of resources, but without having a good military. Well, I have some tips that can help them win a team game.
I believe all the strategies mentioned above work.
So my tip is, don’t be embarrassed if you come up with an economic strategy. Funding the team’s war, using buildings and villagers as soldiers, or trying to create a wonder, all of these are strategies that I consider good, and are completely viable.
