Economy-related technologies did not cost wood. Now it’s costing again. Where’s the bonus they recently added? Did they withdraw?
Seems like you might be using a text mod that wasn’t updated. That or your game is not updated altogether.

Are you sure it was added in Portuguese translation of the game?

PT-BR translation have lots of innacuracies when it comes to changed bonus and status. Eventually the correct text kicks in.

It’s the same for the French version, however if you change to English you will see new bonuses. This translation problem is weird cuz when they added the farm bonus for Khmer it was translated ASAP in all languages.
try disabling your mods and see if the game is updated
