Does anybody know why there is that white fog/mist when you zoom all the way out? It really detracts from the visuals imo.
Is it a conscious design decision, or an engine issue/optimization? A developer response to this would be greatly appreciated.
No idea. It’s just awful.
My guess is it works as a (kind of) vignette, but wasn’t adjusted when they zoomed out the camera.
This, since before the devs changed the zoom this was not there. For the Stress Test they increased the zoom but not the fog distance. Since it was just for testing, I guess it will be fixed on release.
