It’s 5:15pm in Boise and I’m surprised it’s still not playing.
It’s about another 40 minutes from this post until Premium Edition owners can play.

It downloaded the files. It unpacked the files. It installed the files and said ‘your game is ready to play’.
But the Play button is blacked out and nothing happens.
Yes, I did buy the fancy version with the two add-on packs.
I see people playing on Twitch but I can’t launch the game yet.
There are different time-zones for the early access to be available, which one runs for your country is always a drag to calculate, even with time zone converters online it never helped when trying to predict the beta releases.
Anyway, it should be anytime tonight (Tonight for me here in Chile, it said 20:00 for this time zone).
I’m easily paranoid, so I hope the shadowed button turns green real soon 
Advanced Access has now begun, so as long as you added Age of Mythology: Retold’s Premium Edition or Premium Upgrade, it should allow you to play right now.

I had to reboot my machine before the PLAY button would light up.
