Why can’t I play solo game vs AI

When I press quick match it gives me an option “vs players” of co-op vs AI” I click co op vs AI and it doesn’t Give me the 1v1 option.

If I hit vs players it makes me play someone else online.

Is there a way to just play a quick match just me against the AI?
