On Legacy, you could disable the “Find hotkeys center camera on units” and still focus on units by double-clicking the find hotkey. This was huge for some players who used this to quickly move around the map without assigning a building/explorer to a control group. On Definitive Edition, with this setting disabled, you can’t double-click to focus on units using “find” hotkeys, you can only focus on control groups. I don’t think this change was necessary and it doesn’t bring anything to the game, it only forces some Legacy players to change their habits and use minimap to find some buildings/units if they don’t want to use the single tap option.
