I don’t know how, but ever since I returned to the game a couple of weeks ago literally 8/10 games I have someone that’s freezing the game to the point it becomes unplayable. And I’m not talking about the PC enjoyer rant of “holy my FPS went down from 300 to 280”, I’m talking about 20 or even less some times. There’s clearly people playing with PCs that don’t support the game appropriately and I don’t see anything being done to address this matter. How is it so easy that everyone is doing it is also baffling to me.

Are you playing 4v4s?
Also there are other possible factors like those people having a lot of background tasks when playing but they didn’t have them when doing the Benchmark.

I play single player, but I know I tend to have my browser open, including one or more YouTube videos, while playing. I suppose I really should stop…
Yeah I mostly play TGs, I’d assume this doesn’t happen in 1v1 because the load is way smaller but still I wouldn’t want to risk it in a game mode that’s actually serious.
And like dude I have more than 100 browser tabs open and more stuff I’m not even fully aware of and my game doesn’t freeze like crazy. If your game is almost crashing because of other programs you’re running you’re 100% griefing and should be penalized for it.
Some people have worse computers.
If you are low on RAM it can make s huge difference once you run out everything suddenly runs a lot slower, painfully so.
